| Designed specifically for R/C and other very light weight applications. (LDA) Light duty carbon fiber angle at 90 degrees. Our angle has a radius corner for extra strength. Thickness is .024". The finish is smooth and matte. A great light duty structural product it has been used on a wide variety of applications.
This angle can be easily attached using a variety of fasteners or even better, bonded using structural adhesives available from most home stores. We recommend a light sanding and acetone cleaning where adhesive will be applied.
Tools Required: This LDA angle can be very easily worked with, cut with a Dremel type rotary tool or heavy scissors / tin snips. Mark with a Sharpie marker, marks can be removed with acetone. You can also apply masking tape over areas and mark on that, remove after cutting. Edges can be easily sanded, we recommend wet sanding with maximum 80 grit. |
