| Sierra Composites is the only source for 2" square tubing. Our carbon fiber square tubing has tight radius corners for extra strength. Thickness is nominal .095", 2" measured I.D. Built using carbon fiber seamless braid. The finish is smooth and matte. A great light weight structural product it can been used on a wide variety of applications. Absolutely the finest square tubing available.
Carbon fiber square tubing can be easily attached using a variety of fasteners or even better, bonded using structural adhesives available from most home stores. We recommend acetone cleaning where adhesive will be applied.
Tools Required: This angle can be cut with a Dremel type rotary tool or electric jig, band or table saw. First cover areas to be marked with masking tape then mark on tubing with a Sharpie marker, remove tape after cutting. Edges can be easily sanded, we recommend wet sanding with maximum 80 grit. |
