| Two sheets of our .023" 3K Carbon Fiber sandwiched with light weight Rohacell PMI foam 3mm 71IG. This panel is an incredibly rigid, but light weight panel that is still thin at approximately 3/16" thick. Tools Required: This sheet can be cut with a Dremel type rotary tool or electric jig, band or table saw. Mark on sheet with a Sharpie marker, marks can be removed with acetone. You can also apply masking tape over areas and mark on that, remove after cutting. Edges can be easily sanded, we recommend wet sanding with maximum 80 grit. |
